And so it is with friends Jo Rushton, Susie Cameron and Greta Smith, who’ve combined forces as co-creators of Bhavana Organic Farm & Cooking School, located in the picturesque hinterland of Byron Bay, NSW. I was lucky enough to join them for their practice run and grand opening.
