Do this workout 4 days a week, lifting heavy while maintaining good form. do 3 sets of 10 to 12 reps for each move. do 4 sets of 6 to 8 reps. do 3 sets of 8 to 10 reps. do each move for 40 seconds, then rest 20 seconds; do 3 rounds of each move. aim to spend a half hour jogging, walking, or playing a sport.
