One of the great things about design is that it never ends. There is never a final answer. Travelling, researching, studying history all help inform, and form, an opinion about design, where change is inevitable.

Ten years ago, when I started nervously making , I thought it would only last a few years, then I’d return full-time to my architectural practice in South Melbourne. Luckily for me, there are lots of inventive houses being started around Australia each year that the team of producers of this great show manage to track down season after season.
