2 tbsp flaxseeds
2 tbsp chia seeds
3 tbsp macadamias, chopped
3 tbsp shredded coconut

Mixed fresh berries
125g (½ cup) coconut yoghurt or 125ml (½ cup) coconut milk

Chopped almonds

1 Place all the ingredients and 375ml (1½ cups) of water in a bowl. Stir to combine, then cover and place in the fridge overnight.
