“My career began at Kemps Quay boatyard, Southampton, where I was that annoying apprentice who always asked questions,” quips Mark Lewis, owner of Custom Yacht Works in the beautiful South Downs National Park. “From there I moved into composite tooling linked to the naval and aircraft business.
