Create a watercolour painting scene

ONE OF ELEMENTS’ greatest attributes is the huge variety of preset effects and filters that are ready and waiting to be applied with the click of a button. In this tutorial we will be applying a watercolour effect to a landscape scene. The nice thing about the watercolour effect in Elements is that it isn’t just applied to your working layer – several new layers are automatically generated to build up the final result. Each layer is fully editable, giving you the choice to tweak them (for example by changing their blend mode or layer Opacity) if you are not entirely happy with the initial look.
