IF ONLY EVERY WORK DAY COULD BE LIKE THIS

The Oris Baselworld preview doesn’t kick off, surprisingly, with watches, but with a morning of intensive skiing on the slopes of the Swiss ski resort of Zermatt. There is nothing like the sting of winter air on your cheeks, the light from the sun sparkling off the snow and the sensation of speeding down the ski slopes in the excellent company of the Oris team to get the day off to a great start.

We are among the first ones on the slopes on this chilly morning. It is early December and most Swiss people haven’t even started thinking about waxing their skis for the upcoming season. It feels like we have the resort to ourselves as we set off exploring this snowy paradise.
