Tired and worried following an unexpected trip to the doctor’s after her daughter developed a “rash from head to toe”, when Good Health & Wellbeing catches up with small-screen stunner Carrie Bickmore, it’s clear that her child isn’t the only one Carrie is concerned about.

The Perth-born star, who has tirelessly raised millions towards brain cancer research, is also thinking about her fellow Australians. In the wake of Covid-19 coronavirus - and the Black Summer that preceded it - the mum of three is advocating that we all pay close attention to our mental wellbeing.

“I think a lot of Australians are feeling a little shaky right now,” she says. “Having lived through a horror summer with bushfires and now coronavirus, I think our mental health is something we should all be aware of.
