Materials

• 60cm (¾yd) each of nine green, blue and teal mottled print fabrics (block backgrounds)
• Assorted fabric scraps in a variety of colours, values and sizes (blocks and cornerstones)
• 1.4m (1½yd) lime print fabric (sashings)
• 70cm (¾yd) green print fabric (sashings)
• 1m (1¼yd) solid lime green fabric (bias strips and binding)
• 2.3m (2½yd) extra-wide (275cm/108in) backing fabric
• Batting at least 230cm (90in) square
• Freezer paper
• 12mm (½in) bias tape maker
• Hera marker
• Applique fabric glue
• Rotary cutter, ruler and mat
• Sewing machine with ¼in foot
• General sewing supplies

Foundation piecing is used in this project and the instructions assume a good working knowledge of this technique. Use the method that has you stitching
