- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5I'll admit that I'm not a fan of "business novels". This still managed to be an excellent book with relevant actionable teachings, and the novel part doesn't add to much fluff.

- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5This audio book as of December 2020 is missing large parts of the book and repeats itself many times. It is incredibly frustrating to listen to because it skips around and repeats itself so often. I didn’t even get to hear the final chapter because they cut the entire thing out. Please fix it!

- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5The Leader Who Had No Title is a fable of a young man who is struggling to find his way in life and in it he meets a stranger who offers the chance to learn from a group of teachers to become a better leader.
The book has 4 parts: The Journey, the Principles, the Practice and the Legacy in which Sharma provides clear and easy to understand messages on the practices that anyone can do to become a better leader.
A few of my favorites:
The most important leadership skill is the ability to inspire others.
Leadership is a journey, not a destination.
Leadership is not about your title or position.
The best leaders are servant leaders. They care for the needs of others before their own. - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5My first audiobook. Will be hard to beat. Thank you
