- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I love reading this book out loud to kids.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5It was really fun
It was funny and I liked the poem. I liked the characters. It moved really fast. I liked Dr. Seuss. - Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Read to my grandson and he enjoyed. He is now working on reading it himself!
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Cannot be less than a full 5, absolute classic
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5It was great.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Green Eggs and Ham is a great book! Dr. Seuss writes this book with catchy rhymes paired with pattern. "I do not like green eggs and ham. I do not like them, Sam-I-am". This book contributes a great deal of pattern by repeating this exact line at the end of several questions that are focused on if Sam will eat green eggs in different locations and with different animals. Furthermore, this book rhymes on every page! "I would not eat them here nor there. I would not eat them anywhere"! This book contributes to the learning of phonemic awareness amongst young readers which is why I gave this book 5 stars.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5legendary book
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5A good, classic children's book that I always employ to get the toddlers to try new things!
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Green Eggs and Ham is an all time favorite children's book for children of any age. The rhymes are consistent throughout the book, and although the book may not always make sense, it is a fun book to follow along with, and children are able to pick up on the rhymes. Because of the catchy rhymes, children are able to "read along" with the book.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This book is extremely repetitive which allows students to understand it - less complex. A wonderful rhyming book that allows discussion on how something being different doesn't mean it is bad. Good for second grade and under.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Because who doesn't love Green Eggs and Ham?! Although, I was disappointed that even though my eldest loves this story, he is still the pickiest eater I have ever met! This is still a favorite in my household and we can all finish the story without even reading along! (Ah, the power of memorization!)
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This book is a great fantasy book because it allows a child to explore their imagination. The images in this story are very engaging as well as the rhyming of words. The setting, characters and plot all make up for a great fantasy book.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Summary: Green Eggs and Ham is a classic book from Dr. Seuss. In this story Sam-I-Am keeps asking the cat if he likes green eggs and ham. The cat keeps responding he does not like green eggs and ham. Finally, Sam-I-Am gives in and tries the green eggs and ham. Turns out he likes it very much!Reaction:I love this book, I think that it has a good moral to let children that if they try things then they may like it. Classroom Extension:One good lesson I have discovered would be to write pairs of sentences on sentence strips. Using a sticky note to cover one of the rhyming words at the end of a line. Read the sentence as a class and have the students guess the rhyming word.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5the simplicity, and repetiveness, and the determination of Sam I Am!!!

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This book was narrated beautifully. I enjoyed it. Brought back memories. Perhaps with audio the children can also read along. Feeding one bird with two pieces of bread! Otherwise, it was excellent.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Het is grappig en op een leuke manier voorgelezen. Geweldig boek voor jonge kinderen.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I like the ending because it teaches the lesson at the end, and he even says thank you at the end. (review by 7 year old daughter)

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5My son and I read this book OVER and OVER again when he was able to read.
Now, he's not interested in books. But this book and Cat in the Hat will forever be linked with his toddlerhood! - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5good
- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5A classic, but Sam needs to learn to respect people's boundaries.
- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5Didn't like it as an adult and I doubt that I would have liked it as a child either.
