It covers pretty much every aspect of new pet ownership, from how to pick a puppy, to the stuff you'll need before you bring him home, to training methods and games. There's a section on food and veterinary care as well.I really like that Hodgson focuses on positive reinforcement instead of negative training. There are lots of terrific pointers for newbies.I will try some of these strategies with Bella my puppy.
