- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5Mace has devised a system to relieve people of psychological baggage associated with specific traumas. There are elements of suggestion, logic and perhaps a minor hint of hypnosis. The text is sometimes hard to follow. Catch Mace at a lecture or call him for a face-to-face if you want a clear understanding of his method that he has further developed since publishing this book.
