About this audiobook
Ted Geisel loved to doodle from the time he was a kid. He had an offbeat, fun-loving personality. He often threw dinner parties where guests wore outrageous hats! And he donned quirky hats when thinking up ideas for books-like his classic The Cat in the Hat. This biography brings an amazingly gifted author/illustrator to life.
Janet Pascal
Janet B. Pascal is an Executive Production Editor at Viking Children's Books and the author of What Is the Panama Canal?, Who Was Dr. Seuss?, Who Was Maurice Sendak?, and Who Was Abraham Lincoln?

- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5Nicely written, very engaging for children. Touched briefly on some of Dr. Seuss’s biases but I would have liked a more well rounded review, including the not so good parts. He should be celebrated but his faults as important as well.
