Reviews for Church Membership

- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5Good but pretty commonplace treatment of evangelical local church memberſhip. Sounded more like propaganda for ðe unchurched, lackiŋ ðe rigour I came to expect from Reformed Baptiſts. Lots of unwarranted aßumptions, ſomewhat balanciŋ ðe modern cultural unhingiŋ tendencies but meritiŋ a better, more Biblical alternative treatment.
Perhaps it did not help ðat I could not relate to ðe pop language level employed. - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Excellent and concise book on church membership; very biblical in its approach. It explains what membership is, why we must be members, and how it should look and function. Because of its length, only briefly explores ways to put plans into operation. Still, an excellent reference.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Great little book about church membership and why it's important. Leeman points out why it's not good to just be a casual participant, and what the benefits and responsibilities are of being a church member. Concise but detailed little book, and easy to read in an afternoon. Recommend for church membership classes.
