Samenow explains how to break the useless cycle of blame and take corrective action.

This book helped me to discipline when I really didn't want to but knew I should. It's worth reading if you've got a child who's acting up and you don't know why or what to do. Especially if you're a softy with a history of being a "good kid," like myself. Enlightening.
