- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Toni Morrison said, "if there is a book you want to read, but it hasn't been written yet, then you must write it". Well thankfully, Jevan Pradas, wrote that book in 2016. This book pulls together so many areas of in which I have been working to lead the best life. Understanding ourselves as evolutionary beings, our species hunter-gatherer beginnings, how there is a mismatch between our biology and modern environments, importance of proper diet and exercise, meditation with Buddhist philosophy, and more. This book brings it all together into a holistic way of living that will allow the person who walks the path to live that best life.
