    This book has completely redefined my life! Excited to walk into my most courageous self!

    Wonderful little workbook. I have not practiced it yet which I will after this (hence one minus star) that's why I can't say if it will be effective for me HOWEVER I learnt a lot about myself and my behaviours about avoiding what I truly want to do in life. You should give it a try.

    I feel that listening to the audiobook version of this was a good idea, but now I still need to go into my actual book for a deep dive. There’s a lot of good work to do here, and you can’t just do it in one sitting. Recommended for anyone looking for a change in their life but aren’t sure where to start due to fear holding them back.
