Steven R. Gundry, MD, is the director of the International Heart and Lung Institute in Palm Springs, California, and the founder and director of the Center for Restorative Medicine in Palm Springs and Santa Barbara. After a distinguished surgical career as a professor and chairman of cardiothoracic surgery at Loma Linda University, Dr. Gundry changed his focus to curing modern diseases via dietary changes.     Baseless, Dangerous and completely unfounded this information steers those seeking a healthier existence through diet away from the very foods that heal and rejuvenate the body. All for the sake of cashing in on controversy.

    Minimal research with easily expose the quackery at play here. There is plenty of fact based authors available without having to resort to this irrelevant, outright false information.

    Excellent book!! Truths that are hidden from us to keep us sickly and on medication...I'm in the process with changing my life to Dr.Gundry's eating habits and already experiencing more energy, vitality etc!!
