      I loved both watching the movies and reading the books, but Tatiana Maslany's stellar voice performance really brings the books to life, including the inner turmoil raging inside of Katniss. This is by far a superior version to that read by Carolyn McCormick.

      I never read these back in school when they were all the rage. But I'm glad I got the chance at them now. I cried at the story. Strong emotions and just a good well written story.

      I’ve read this book before so many times but it gets better every time. There is drama and action and love and emotions. It is heartbreaking and it makes you cry but at the same time smile and laugh. I’ve never read anything like it and I doubt I will ever again. Best. Book. Ever.

      When I read the first 2 books of the hunger games, I just knew that this was my favorite book series! I was so excited when I got to read this one, it helped so much having the audiobook! I love this book and I think that this is a great book series to read for anyone who likes reading good books!?Thank you!

      Mockingjay is the third book in "The Hunger Games" series and it's my lowest rated book out of the three.

      The first two books seemed to have non stop action, and while this book had action, it takes a while to start up. The whole first third of the book is about life at District 13 and it was a bit boring.

      When I first read this in my early 20s I was a Gale fan, I was rooting for Katniss to end up with Gale. In the past, when she ended up with Peeta, I was disappointed. Now that I'm in my early 30s I'm not disappointed with the epilogue, I was team Peeta this time around.

      I didn't 100% love the ending but this was still a good book, overall. Even though this was the lowest rating I've given a Hunger Games book (both the first books got 5 stars from me) I still enjoyed it.

      I'm giving this 4 stars out of 5.

      Yeah, I really did love it. Highly original y/a novel which spawned a lot of imitators. What I particularly liked was the inside view of a traumatised mind that refuses to be defeated but can be healed by the love it feels for others and from others.

      I have read this book when it came out, but this is the first audiobook I have ever listened to.
      Truly a great experience. The storyteller is very talented and gives life to any character she's voicing.
