Combining her love of travel with her love of romantic suspense, Anderson writes stories based in some of the places she has been fortunate to visit. When not writing, she's busy walking her dog, gardening, and ferrying the kids to school, piano, and soccer games. She is also the author of Storm Warning and Edge of Survival.

      Meh..... It was ok. Book 4 is still at number 1 for me . I give it 3.8 stars.

      While all the books in this series have been worth reading, and I highly recommend them, this one was a bit different. The author, Toni Anderson, asked us to suspend disbelief more (in my opinion). I do like that the female protagonist is intelligent and capable of defending herself - although this goes for all the female protagonists in the series, this particular story seems to highlight it more. I didn't warm up to the CIA agent as much as I have to the FBI ones in the earlier books in the series - but that was done on purpose, and it certainly led to more of a surprise ending.
