      Siblings Charlie and Mouse are back again in a series of little vignettes that build up to an over-arching story. In this collection, they eat pancakes with their mom, go shopping with their dad, decorate the house, and finally celebrate their mother's birthday. In keeping with the title, a recurring theme is how they can make each great activity even better.These books are perfect for those kids who have graduated from early readers with simpler, shorter text but aren't ready for extensive chapter books yet. This title also makes for a nice readaloud to share with young ones. It's funny and sweet all at once. I look forward to more titles in this series.
