- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5I like the story but the timeline jumps about too much. The ending of the suspense part is so abrupt that it feels unresolved.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5another amazing book from Lani Lynn Vale.. I loved max and peyton. Just a heads up to Scrib'd... the app stopped loading and i received an error 205. I tried 10x to finish the book but it cut off in the middle of chapter 16. I finally had to go to Audible to finish reading.. Not good Scrib'd. Come back and what do you know.. again.. the next book in the series has been removed until 9/16. Still not sure this service is worth the hassle.

Maxx can be bad ass when he has to be but has such a small heart when it comes to his family and friends. Payton is the perfect girl for him, wouldn’t want it any other way!
Maxx made my heart melt in some parts of the story. I think he is most definately one of my book boyfriends!
