My Family Meal Planner on the Grill includes 4 meals per week for 2 months, all the recipes that you need and the weekly grocery lists. There are over 60 recipes included in this meal planner! I took into consideration the USDA guidelines for childcare providers when I created this book, since I am a former childcare provider. You and your family will be getting 1 meat, 1 bread, either 2 vegetables or 2 fruits or a fruit and a vegetable at every meal. You will also be getting Vitamin C daily and Vitamin A at least twice a week. I would suggest that you serve milk with your meals to finish up the meal with a healthy drink.

I wanted to share with you a few tips that I have found helpful.

1. When you are preparing to go to the grocery store, you will want to go through the grocery list and cross off the items that you already have, especially the seasonings. That way you will not have doubles.

2. It is also very helpful to rewrite your grocery list in the order of the store. You are able to go through the store much quicker because you do not have to keep running back for the items that you missed.

3. You will notice that I only planned for 4 meals a week. I found in my experience of using menus that you will have days that you just eat leftovers or that you go out to eat. It also allows you to put in some of your favorite meals.
