      Campaign Walkthrough

      Campaign Tips Before Starting

      Don't be afraid to use grenades! At the same time, use them wisely when they are limited.

      Take cover whenever you get the red screen or your health is looking dangerously low.

      Try not sticking to the same weapons. It's fine to have favorites, but some weapons may seem very similar and have great situational differences. Try them out for yourself!

      Most of the campaign is linear, but that shouldn't stop you from checking out other areas. You can always find hidden weapons or even an achievement, if you look around the corner.

      Use turrets when you have the option. They pack a lot of firepower and can save you some ammo against waves of enemies.

      If you're walking, try to take vehicles from your enemies instead of blowing them up. Use not only their weapons but their vehicles against them too!

      There are always better ways to take on enemies instead of running directly towards them. Try to catch them off guard before showing them who's boss.

      Use melee attacks for short-ranged targets! Not only will it save you ammo, but melee attacks can easily kill most enemies.

      Sometimes, the best thing to do is run. If a fight seems too tough and the objective is right there, just make a run for it to save yourself some trouble.

      Try to aim for headshots. Not only will it make the kills easier, but it's also a good way to practice your aim for the competitive games.

      Mission 1 - Dawn

      After the opening cut-scene, you'll have control of Master Chief. Find your way towards the yellow hologram towards the right and down the stairs. Activate the computer to get the Achievement and a little Chief backstory.

      Go back up and keep advancing through the rooms. You will hear the sound of an explosion as you go on. You'll get to a closed door which can be opened by holding B. Once you open it, Master Chief will be hit by flying boxes, forcing him to hang on the wall, as you'll have to continue climbing to get to the next area.

      There will be an Elite with an Energy Sword waiting for you on the top. Once you knock him down, there will be another Elite waiting for you up the stairs, take him out and continue along the path and kill the Grunts in the area. Go back to the area with the second Elite to open the door
