    ..since the publication of the first book I have recieved the title of Sifu In Jing Tao Kungfu and its' Diamond Palm method. I also have recieved the title of Sensei in the art of Matsubayashi Ryu Karate Do. I love the art of breaking and the opportunity to represent my Sifu and his method and am thrilled and Honoured to be able to share as I am now teaching Karate Do and Iron Palm. And as of October 2015 have been promoted to San Dan( 3rd degree black belt ) in Matsubayashi Ryu Karate Do.

      could have been a bit longer, none the less the author knows what he's talking about, and I learned quite a lot of new information so right on.

      Great info, shows all the foundations except qigong used with the training that most systems have. I want to be clear though, this teacher is a living example that his training works and has immense results.
