      When you work with magick you interact with many different entities. Sometimes these entities are part of a tradition or specialized training; sometimes they just appear because they have been attracted to what you are doing. These entities might include elementals, guardians, angels, faeries, various little people, and spirits. Some of these entities will be friendly and some will not. Their reaction may be part of who they are, how you came to meet, how you treat them, or even how they perceive your personal energy.

      But They Aren’t Real Are They?

      One of the biggest misconceptions out there is that the energies we work with aren’t real and that they aren’t sentient. In this case I use the word sentient to denote an entity that is self-aware and able to make their own decisions. Over the centuries we have created and then fed these entities our energy. We have
