About this ebook
Poetry of ‘Love & Art’ is as rich a quarry as contemporary art, from which it had been inspired. In a sequel of sixteen poems, as Volume V, the journey on waves of love and passion for art and beloved continues: ‘Erotic Frottage’ - The lovers have changed through visual communication. ‘Precum’ - an autoerotic act that turns into a welcome erotic play with the artist’s Muse. ‘Pleasurable Flight’ - Meeting his Muse one night is experiencing the thrill and powers of secret meetings.
The artist fights his physical disintegration due to ageing, but soon his love interest will change his somber mood. ‘Aphrodite Impeded’ - vision of an act of love with Aphrodite impeded by barbarism, coming alive. ‘Goods Lift’ - an artist’s umbilical cord of senses connected with his soulmate. ‘Koulouria’ - poetry about the artist’s food and sharing drinks in love. In ‘Pyre’ a visual imagery of dying is depicted with continual changes in lovemaking that entice the lovers. ‘Kisses of another Day’ - thoughts about the wonderful state of being between half-sleeping and half-waking. ‘Slide’ - the never tiring acts of excitement and erotic interplay. ‘Most Tender’ - the ageing artist and his younger, handicapped Muse experience great love.
In the poem ‘Come’ the artist expresses the ageing lover’s tender moment in love. ‘Love’s Greatest Art’ - falling into the delicious garden of frolicking. ‘Erotic Clasp’ - magical beings appear during the lover’s floating state, where unusual things happen. ‘Some Fine Day’ - an easy going walk through love’s landscape, where all seems to be harmonious and positive. ‘Sensual Freedom’ - birds of one feather flying together. ‘Olive Tree’ - dream like setting for an inflamed meeting of matching hearts.
