About this ebook

DJ Smith was a very wealthy young lady. She lived in a penthouse suite and owned her own ranch. Her career was in advertising. She made a fortune out of television commercials but still temped as a Personal Assistant or Secretary. She needed the flexibility. When required to work on a commercial that was the priority. DJ met Leo when she was working on one of her assignments. She had heard his voice so many times. Every time she heard it her insides were in turmoil. The day she met Leo it was love at first sight. Leo was mesmerised. He was hooked. They slowly got to know each other by meeting on a Friday evening. Until the first opportunity Leo had to take her home. Leo wasn’t surprised at her wealth. He was absolutely shocked. He couldn’t believe that anyone could make so much money through advertising. The comment he made could have been the end of their relationship. But, luckily enough, it wasn’t. Oh life certainly got better and better. For both DJ and Leo.

    CHAPTER 1

Leo Martin sat in his parents lounge. It was a Friday evening. His two sisters, Becky and Rachel, sat with their husbands, Jim and John and watched TV. There was an ad break on TV. Leo sat forward on the couch and stared at the screen. The newest Chantilly Lace Lingerie television commercial came on. Leo looked at the woman on the screen.

When I meet her I will marry her on the spot. Look at that body. Just look. To die for. Real eye candy. Wow! She’s got real curves. Leo groaned. He leaned back and ran his fingers through his hair.

Becky chuckled and smiled at her husband Jim.

It’s all photo shopped. Leo groaned.

Nope. What you see there is the real thing. She even has a tiny freckle right here. Leo pointed to the top of his leg. Becky chuckled and shook her head. Rachel looked at her husband John.

Where do they find these women? Every man in town is watching TV. It’s prime time. And she is parading in a g-String and a bra. And that’s all. It leaves nothing to the imagination. Leo smiled.

    You’re just jealous Rach.

    Becky chuckled.

If I had a body like hers I wouldn’t want to wear anything else. That new lingerie range sure is something. Look at her cleavage. Wow! Rachel groaned.

But look at her. She leaves nothing to the imagination. Melody their mother looked over at all of them.

It’s a television commercial. It’s meant to sell the brand. No one is going to even remember her face, or her freckle. But the sales will go up. Becky chuckled.

I for sure am going to go and get a set just like that.

    Rachel groaned.

Who the hell would want to wear a g-String any way? Imagine wearing that all day. It must be so uncomfortable. Becky smiled at Rachel.

Rach, don’t knock it if you haven’t tried it. You sound a hundred years old. Rachel smiled and shook her head. Leo chuckled.

Still, I think she’s absolutely gorgeous. They all nodded.

They carried on watching the movie. Another ad break came on the TV. Leo sat at the end of his chair. He waited for the television commercial. It never came on. Everyone carried on chatting. Leo looked at the screen. It was a shampoo ad.

That’s her! It’s the same woman. They all looked over at the screen. Rachel looked at the TV.

I don’t think so. Becky chuckled. Leo nodded.

Bet you anything it is. They all smiled at Leo and shook their heads.

Their father George looked at Leo.

Phone the agency. Ask for her number. They all chuckled.

I’ve seen her somewhere before. I’m so sure. She looks like the girl next door. George shook his head and laughed.

In your wildest dreams maybe. Leo looked at his Dad.

I’m serious, I’ve seen her somewhere. Really. Melody looked at Leo. She grinned.

I think it is an overseas ad. Leo shook his head.

    Can’t be.

DJ Smith sat at her desk. She had a temporary position as a Personal Assistant at the head office of a travel company for three months. She was paid per hour. Her position was through her personnel agency that she worked for. They provided her with assignments on a continual basis and kept her busy. DJ had already worked for the travel company for two months. She had one month to go.

It was easier for DJ to work as a temporary worker as her hours were flexible. DJ had signed up with one of the advertising agencies as a model for television commercials. They brought in a substantial amount of money and she enjoyed the advertising business.

DJ smiled as she sat and typed a few e-Mails for her boss. He always wrote his letters in long hand. His language was atrocious. His grammar was incorrect. And his spelling was awful. She chuckled as she read the notes. DJ looked up as someone walked in to her office. She looked over at the gent.

    Can I help? He smiled.

    Is he in? DJ smiled.

Back in an hour. Can I schedule an appointment? Leo smiled and nodded.

    Ten past four? DJ smiled.

Sure. DJ penciled his name in the diary. She nodded.

Leo looked down as she wrote.

How did you know I am Leo Martin? DJ smiled at Leo and shook her head.

Make sure he’s here. DJ looked at Leo and nodded.

He’ll be here. Leo smiled at DJ. He walked out and turned to look at her. He smiled at her again. DJ smiled back. He headed back to his office. Leo grinned as he walked. She was the most beautiful woman he had ever seen. She had gorgeous big brown eyes. He could even remember her fragrance. Soft. As soft as flowers. Not overpowering. His heart was beating faster. She had a lovely voice. And when he heard her chuckling it was a friendly sound.

DJ sat staring into space for a while. Her stomach had butterflies. She could feel her heart beating faster. Her hands had even started to perspire. She took a deep breath and whispered.

Wow! DJ chuckled. He was even better looking than his voice sounded. A hunk. He was tall, dark, and totally handsome. And he wore a little earring in his left ear. A gold sleeper.

Leo made his way out of the front door of the office block and took out his pack of cigarettes. He lit one up as he stood and leaned against one of the huge flower pots outside. It was just after four in the afternoon. He watched as DJ walked out. She moved ever so gracefully. She wore a long skirt with a pair of stilettos. She wore a blouse which she buttoned to her neck and wore a brooch over the top button. She wore her hair in a smart neat chignon. Not a strand of hair was loose.

Leo stood and watched as she dug out her cellphone that had started ringing. Her ring tone was ‘I’m too sexy for my shirt’ by Right Said Fred. He chuckled as he listened.

She stopped as she answered. Leo listened as she spoke. She stood still as she listened to the caller.

Okay. Eight at Sandy’s. Don’t even dare set me up with someone. She listened and smiled.

I’ll be there. She put the phone back in her bag. She shook her head. Leo looked at her. She was gorgeous. She had a lovely smile. He had never seen her standing before, only sitting, once, this afternoon. What he saw he liked.

He wondered about the blouse which was done up right to the neck. Revealing absolutely nothing. And the long skirt that ended at her ankles. When she walked he could see a tiny bit of leg. She even wore black hose. He looked her up and down. He really liked what he saw. She was sexy, even though you couldn’t see any leg or cleavage.

He watched as she waved at someone. She chuckled. Leo smiled and watched as she ran up to the person. Leo took a double take. She was heading over to a young man. He listened.

Wait up. He smiled and shook his head. How did she know Harold? Leo smiled. Harold was the director of local travel. He looked at DJ and then at Harold. He was jealous. He could feel the little green monster at work. The little knot that seemed to tighten in his stomach.

Leo kept looking at DJ. She suddenly stopped and stood still again. She looked at her watch and sent an SMS to someone.

Leo killed his cigarette and headed back into the offices. He walked over to Lloyd’s office. He knocked and smiled as he walked in.

Wow, so you actually made your ten past four appointment. Lloyd chuckled.

She’s got me pretty well organized. I am never late. She sends me an SMS five minutes before every meeting. Leo chuckled and nodded. He realized who she had sent the SMS to a few minutes ago.

Tell me a little about this woman. Lloyd smiled.

Miss Smith. She’s only here till the end of the month. I don’t know what I am going to do without her. She’s ten times better than Sue. And ten times better looking. Leo nodded.

    Where is Sue? Lloyd smiled.

Poor woman. Had a hip operation. She’s getting on you know. Sixty. Leo smiled and nodded.

    Lloyd looked at Leo.

So why are you here? Leo chuckled. He just shook his head.

Do I need a reason to drop in? Lloyd chuckled and rolled his eyes heavenward.

    I see. Leo nodded.

Well, what was I supposed to do? I had to come over here and see for myself. I needed a legitimate reason. The men over in Corporate Travel can’t stop talking about ‘the voice’. Lloyd chuckled.

    The voice? Leo chuckled.

Have you heard her over the phone? Lloyd chuckled.

I have. She’s got a lovely voice. Leo chuckled.

    It’s called sexy. Lloyd grinned.

Maybe. If you’re single and looking. Leo nodded.

He got up from the chair and walked over to the door. He turned and looked at Lloyd.

Where does she go, when she leaves here? Lloyd chuckled.

She goes for a drink on a Friday after work with the rest of the team. She has one drink. A soda. Then she heads straight home. Leo smiled.

Fridays straight after work? Lloyd nodded his head.

She is single. Leo nodded his head.

    And Harold? Lloyd chuckled.

He also goes for a drink. He meets his girlfriend after work. She also works in local travel. I think her name is Gayle. Leo grinned and nodded his head. He let out a deep breath.

Leo turned around and headed for the door. As he reached the door Lloyd carried on talking.

She has two brothers. I believe they are both partners at R and T Travel. Both married. Trying to set her up with dates, continuously. So they meet at Sandy’s at eight. Every Friday evening. They are very possessive of her. The baby sister. Only Mister Right will do. It’s Friday today. Leo turned around and chuckled.

Eight at Sandy’s? Lloyd chuckled and nodded.

Eight. Leo headed out. He had gleaned even more information than he had intended. He had a huge smile on his face.

Leo headed over to his office. He picked up the phone and dialed Becky’s cellphone.

Becky, fancy heading over to Sandy’s tonight. You and Jim? Becky chuckled.

You haven’t even been to Sandy’s before. Why now? Leo chuckled.

I believe it’s the place to be. Becky smiled as she spoke to Leo.

This is about a woman, isn’t it? And you don’t want to go alone. She chuckled.

Do you even have a pair of jeans Leo? Leo chuckled.

Got the jeans, thank you. Becky chuckled.

We’ll meet you there. What time?

    Eight.

Okay. We’ll meet you there. I hope you’re paying our entrance fee. Leo chuckled.

    Sure.

    CHAPTER 2

DJ had her soda and headed home. She stood in front of the mirror and undid all her hair clips and let her hair hang loose. She combed it out. She turned and looked in the mirror. Her hair was getting long. It hung between her shoulder blades. She had dark brown hair. It was all one length. DJ stepped out of her work clothes. She popped the blouse and skirt in to the washing basket. DJ walked around in her thigh highs, bra and g-String. She chuckled to herself. She always wore the nicest underwear, but she had been single for so long. There was no one who could appreciate it.

DJ headed over to the shower and hopped in. She put the warm water on and stood under the shower. She smiled as she closed her eyes and washed her hair.

It was the first time she had ever met Leo Martin. She had spoken to him many times over the phone. He had the sexiest voice she had ever heard. It was a deep rumble. Every time she heard him talk her hormones jumped to attention. Her stomach turned over. Her heart raced. Today was like a gift. When he walked in and spoke she recognized his voice immediately. He was eye candy. He had dark brown hair and gorgeous brown eyes. He was impeccably dressed. And his aftershave lingered on. He was clean shaven. No beard. No moustache. And he was built like a model. Broad shoulders. Narrow waist. Long legs. DJ groaned as she stood in the shower. He was such a turn on. The gold earring appealed to her. He appealed to her.

DJ stepped out of the shower. She toweled herself dry. She stood in front of the mirror and started applying her make-up. After hours she wore more make up than during the day. She drew her eyeliner beneath her eye and pulled it up a fraction on the side of her eye. She drew fine black lines on the top of her lid, right on the edge against her eyelashes. It made her brown eyes look huge. She added her black mascara and red lipstick. She slipped her silver hoop earrings into her earlobes and looked in the mirror. She looked really good. DJ quickly dried her hair with the hairdryer. She liked to wear it loose.

DJ walked over to her wardrobe. She took out one of her favorites. It was a red waistcoat. She took out her black mini. DJ smiled as she pulled on her sheer pantyhose and her mini. She pulled on her waistcoat. She hopped in to her black stilettos and buttoned up her waistcoat. She looked at the mirror. Her belly ring stood out a fraction. It was a tiny little lizard. As she moved, so did the little tail, arms and legs. DJ looked at herself and nodded. DJ slipped her safety alert bracelet on to her wrist. She normally tied it into her hair. She always made sure it was close at hand. She was extremely safety conscious. She grabbed her cellphone and put it into her bag. She made her way over to Sandy’s.

Leo stood in the shower. He washed his hair and hopped out. He stood with his towel around his waist. He stood and had a shave. He smiled. It wasn’t often that he shaved in the evening. In fact he never ever shaved in the evening. There was
