- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5Not quite sure what book "Lydia" read. A no-carb diet?? The FIRST DAY you eat oatmeal and nuts!!! And this is absolutely a sugar detox. Know why? Because you completely cut out sugar and sweeteners! Sounds like a detox, no?
