My First Pie - Julia M.Graham

    Preface

Most people love pie. There are two types of pie. The dessert pie usually gets its sweetness from fresh fruit; some are sprinkled with grated chocolate.

The other one is the savory pie...wow, no less delicious. Want to learn how to make shrimp pie or chicken pot pie? Did you know that making pie is very easy?  All you  have to do is make pie crust, and then you can fill it with other ingredients.

The variety of pie that we present in this book are suitable to serve for tea time with friends or a coffee date in the afternoon; they can also be made for children’s school lunches. These pies are perfect to serve at a cocktail party at home too.
