Winnie Abramson did the research required as can be noted throughout the book and at the end.

In addition, just go down the in the Table of Contents and you will get a quick idea of many easy things you can do on a daily bases to produce a healthy lifestyle.

Also, I liked the fact that you don't have to read the whole chapter just to figure out where the theme is headed and you need to do. To tell the truth I have read many a book that the chapter headings make you wonder what it's all about.

Yes you’ll find a few mistakes in the book like how much sugar is in a 12 oz soda. And some complain, after having read the book about “too short, 2 to 3 page chapters”. My goodness, so what if their short, does that have anything to do with the truthfulness of the read and where it can take you?

Some complained that the information is obvious and everybody knows about it, thus 50 un-useful chapters, just a waist of time. A few examples are here.
    1. Stop Dieting 2. Eat Real Food 3. Drink Water First thing 4. Get a good night's sleep 5. Manage your stress.

What I liked is that, here they ALL are in a simple compact how to book. You don’t have to look for articles all over the net to find them. It has much of all you need to keep you healthy in a tight neat little package with anecdotes and evidence to back it all up.

After a lifetime of studying the health field (I’m 65 now) I'd say the book, with Winnie’s viewpoint is spot on. I can’t say that for all the books that have loads of info. and yet many of those ideas are not up to date.

Indeed, I’d recommend whole-heartedly this book – “One Simple Change One Simple Change: Surprisingly Easy Ways to Transform Your Life” by Winnie Abramson
