About this ebook

Quitting smoking had not been easy for me in 30 years. Like most smokers, I always treated quitting as an almost impossible dream, but in spite of this, I always had the urge to quit. What I realized was that I never really sat down and contemplated the possible reasons why I couldn't easily quit and what had been causing my dependence to nicotine. Admittedly, I regret it today, I knew I would always fail quitting, but every time I felt the urge to quit smoking and get myself out of addiction, I always found myself back in the same rut.

Each chapter of the book is designed to condition/prepare the readers mind for the quitting process which is found in the last chapters. The beauty of this book is that it is entirely different from the other quit smoking books in the market. The process is very practical that any human being can understand and perform on their own. In the end upon realizing your successful result, you will be amazed while you can't help but scratch your head and say: I never thought it could be this easy; where have all these ideas been hiding all these years?

Be different. If you want to achieve the result you truly want, do it differently this time. As Albert Einstein defines INSANITY- Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

Here’s what you’ll get:

-Chapter 1- The Death Of My Father
-Chapter 2- Smoking At A Young Age

As a seminar and workshop provider, I seldom offer my clients off the shelf or canned programs, not even a program that I used for my previous clients, even if they have the same needs; I make sure I offer fresh and tailored-fit seminars all the time. That makes my every encounter with participants unique. As an AUTHOR and freelance writer, I apply the same principles. That is how I keep my passion for writing alive. And to keep the idea coming constantly, I read a lot. I love to read books on personal development, professional development, values and beliefs, and new age and spiritual enlightenment. On the side, to keep me updated with politics and what's happening in the business world, I read global news, business, and current events.

    Introduction

At the end of the session in one of the retreats I conducted, which happened to be unrelated to smoking cessation, three participants came to me and asked me if I could help them quit smoking quickly. I agreed. We had a small talk, then after five minutes, they couldn’t believe it would be that easy, and it could happen that fast. The idea about a great possibility of quitting forever came about during the session when one of the participants asked me if there was a better way to overcome cravings for nicotine, so I shared my principles. To give you a quick preview, here’s the transcript of what transpired: Now, I want you to look at the image of your cigarette where you accidentally dropped it… Open your eyes… Close them again... And look at the image quickly… Then open your eyes quickly... Close your eyes and look at the image again... Open your eyes... In just a few minutes, I could already see the success of that brief workshop through their faces. Then, I asked them to pick up their own lighter and cigarette that I had them put on the table prior to doing the exercise, and they couldn’t do it. I was not surprised.

If you think that this book is just another cessation book that will teach you the same things other books or websites have taught you, you are wrong. You will never find a smoking cessation book like this one in your whole life if you let this pass. So, give yourself a chance.

First of all, let me tell you my story. I had been a slave to smoking for almost 30 years. Smoking two to three packs a day was no joke. Today, I am smoke free. Quitting was not easy. I struggled for years. No matter how many times I made my decision to stop, I always failed. Like most smokers could relate, I probably felt that it’s not the right time yet. Perhaps it was just my pretension that I really wanted to quit. Frankly, I really didn’t know what I was thinking back then. What’s important is, I am no longer a slave today.

But what caused my freedom? Before I decided to quit again, I pondered on Albert Einstein’s definition of insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. He is right. That is exactly what I was doing, which is why I always failed. So, when I told myself I would quit again,
