    Beet - A herbaceous plant widely cultivated as a source of food for humans and livestock, and for processing into sugar. Some varieties are grown for their leaves and some for their large nutritious root.

    During my holidays in rhodes of last summer, next to the famous tzatziki saw in showcases in delicatessen shops, a pink sauce, but I just could not figure out what it was. In those days I was reading an article about Greek food and I stumbled into the cream of beetroot and yoghurt which the Greeks to flavor the potato salad.

    Ingredients for 4 peoples :

    200 grams of beetroot boiled

    150 grams of greek yogurt

    20 grams of walnuts

    20 ml of olive oil

    1 clove of garlic

    1 tablespoon of vinegar

    Salt

    Pepper

    How to make the cream to the beet

    In a blender blend the nuts with the garlic, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.

    Add the beets to the emulsion.

    Blend all creamy then add the greek yogurt.

    Mix until creamy and smooth sound natural.

    Put in a bowl
