How I Taught Myself to Quit Smoking
()
About this ebook
You can quit smoking if you really want to.
Many people have a hard time with smoking. I’m not talking about those few extreme cases that can smoke one or two cigarettes during the hard times, such as starting a new job, intense stress or sadness. Those people don’t worry about having to quit. For whatever reason, they were born without the need to smoke programmed into their bodies. I’m not one of them and most other people are not too. I’m talking about those, like me, who started smoking, for whatever reason, and keep smoking on a regular basis and when they try to stop, they find that they can’t quit.
I remember the chest pain and mental suffering and the emotionally powerful need to smoke. I could even feel the physical need to smoke coming from my body even as I wished to stop. Some say, it’s an overwhelming drive that rivals a heroin addiction. But even though quitting cigarettes was the hardest habit I ever kicked, I was able to do it and so can you.
You can control your own mind and body with practice and do the most natural things, breathe, eat, drink, have sex etc... and enjoy life without the constant need for a cigarette. Whatever past reason led you to smoke no longer serves your higher interest. Follow my journey and see if it leads you to kicking the habit for good.

Introduction
First, thank you for purchasing this book. I hope this information helps you as it helped me.
I wrote this because I want to give others who are struggling with addiction to cigarettes an alternative to drugs or expensive programs. I want to share with you how I overcame some difficult problems surrounding smoking and I believe that if I can quit smoking cigarettes then you can too.
For some, quitting smoking will take a while. Building something good usually takes time. It was easy to start smoking especially if you had quit before and then started again. But, building something great, creating in general, usually takes a lot more focus than it does to destroy things. Think of what it takes to make a car. Consider all the people and work involved. From the designer to the assembly robots and the sales people at the car lot trying to sell you that new Corvette. It took a lot of energy and planning to make your car. Crashing that same car into a telephone poll takes only seconds and little thought. This system will take time to complete because you are planning and creating something amazing. With this program, change starts the moment you decide to quit.
I acknowledge that some people are undergoing tremendous personal stress; unless you are an adept master of yourself then you probably should go see a doctor to help you. If the doctor can’t find anything physically or
