Here’s the Deal
Before we get into the deal
let me give you a little more information. The goal of this book is to create a system that we can live on a daily basis to develop invaluable skills to impact our lives positively. And, I can use your help to get this message out to as many people as possible to create a mass movement toward a better future for generations to come. If you are up to the task, we must design our life to attract health and prosperity. I believe this book will help empower the world to live and lead a life full of health and prosperity because we are already living each day with the choice to do so. When people ask me about #ThePowerfulDay, I simply tell them we are applying the Pareto principle to our core habits to achieve positive results.
Then they ask me about the Pareto principle, which we will cover in this book. You see, this simple systematic routine has a tremendous effect on our day and life as a whole. So here is the deal: if you are sick and tired of getting negative results, and you have the desire to do whatever it takes to make a change; grab a teammate and get ready to transform your lives.
#ThePowerfulDay is about managing your daily living to attain proper work-life balance. This is done by developing seven healthy habits on a daily basis that will give you the skills needed to reach a sense of balance. Each habit will consist of skill sets that can be stacked to conquer tasks throughout all aspects of your day. These skill sets will increase the chances of you achieving anything you put your mind to as you work toward a sense of freedom and success.
This Book Isn’t For Everybody
I know that there are people out there who don’t need my help with attaining positive results on a daily basis. And I don't want to waste your time, so here are some reasons why you shouldn't read #ThePowerfulDay. First and foremost if you don’t like working with a team, you’re not going to find what you are looking for here, because this book recommends building a team of individuals who want to live #ThePowerfulDay. Next, if you are an entrepreneur who believes there is not enough time in the day, so you limit your sleep, hats off to you. This book isn’t for you either. Although this book can help, it isn’t for the lighthearted. #ThePowerfulDay isn’t for anyone who does not have the burning desire to make a choice to change their lives for the betterment of humankind ultimately. Furthermore, if you get a headache from thinking, and you don’t want to change close the book now because thinking is one of the habits in this book. Finally, if you do not have the capacity to communicate with yourself and others honestly, this book is not for you. Those of you who cannot take responsibility for any of your actions will also find no reason to read this book. #ThePowerfulDay is a way of life and if you are not ready for that, either give this book to someone else who can use it or put it away for a later date. With this said, I do know there are many people out there who can use my help, and your help as well. By extending the helping hand to those you feel can use this book, we can have a positive impact on society.
Every day in our environments there is certain things that we have to be consistent with to increase our chances of becoming a successful society. This simple system keeps this level of consistency in mind. In fact, I was inspired to discover this solution on my journey to becoming a more consistent person.
Please Note:
Before we talk about my journey, I'd like to warn you. In this book, we will look at a few lists that consist of the leading causes of death around the world. I want to let you know before getting to the lists, so your mind has time to digest this fact. Death is something we should not fear, nor is death a bad thing, but some causes of death are preventable. And my goal is to increase awareness so that we can die in other ways that we simply cannot prevent. Developing healthy habits are a preventable way to avoid certain deaths. Please note: I have no idea of what dying feels like, and I assume you don't either since you are alive and in the moment as you are reading this sentence. However, many people have passed before us. As a result, there is sufficient data compiled by the World Health Organization that we will use to share with you the leading causes of death. After looking at these lists, you will read about the healthy habits to prevent these major causes of death on a global level. Who knows maybe you can find your purpose living #ThePowerfulDay if you haven't done so already.
Proven By The Military
Military personnel from every branch of service around the world are on a schedule. A schedule is one of the many ways that they can be so effective. Personnel from the military are required to live #ThePowerfulDay to remain physically and mentally fit. This unites them to triumph over any obstacle that comes their way. I know this because, this book, in a nutshell, is how I lived most of my military career. On top of that, during my time of service I managed to tap into my peak performance.
When my contract was up I went to college, but I will elaborate on my college experience in the next section, but for now it is important to know that I wasn’t surrounded by teams' that pushed one another to this high level of performance. In the military everywhere you looked there were teams' of soldiers who pushed each other to be better because they never knew what they would face in the battle zone. Soldiers live with a sense of purpose, and when their time of service is up they are released back into the civilian world where they have to figure out how to live with their past. In fact, most military personnel are so disconnected when they get out of the service that they struggle to fit in, and run into problems as they make attempts to overcome life in a way that doesn’t hurt them, or anyone else. This is at the very core of why military personnel feels a sense of discomfort, they have no purpose, no team, and they feel out of place. The struggle is real. We are damaged but not irreparable.
I think life is worth living with an irreparably damaged body or soul. This is because the things that don’t kill us will make us stronger. I also believe that what makes us stronger will make us better people. This is because deep down at the core of my person I am a helper, and I have helped people turn their negative results into positive results. Which is why I felt it was necessary to develop this system that is designed to empower ourselves to empower others.
For us to continue helping, it is time for us to reconnect with our lives. As we live #ThePowerfulDay, we have to give ourselves permission to tap back into the empowering potential by sticking to a consistent schedule. So I am putting this message out into the world for anyone who desires positive results in all aspects of life.
Overall Message
If we can develop these seven habits in a healthy way, we can lower death rates for certain causes. We have children dying because of diarrhea. That is a huge problem because they are drinking water and eating food that is not hygienically appropriate for them to consume causing infectious diseases. So the indirect point of this book is to choose a healthy and prosperous path so we can help rid the world of preventable leading causes of
