CHAPTER 1: Democracy, Flaws and Strengths

Democracy, however, has a major flaw. The fatal flaw is the contention that all men are equal and therefore, entitled to one vote. The obvious problem here is that not all men are equal at all. For many years, in America, and other democratic countries, one had to be a free holder in order to vote. This meant you had to own property to get your name on the voter roles. The idea was, that if one didn't have a dog in the race, one shouldn't be able to affect the outcome. It wasn't until many years later that the liberal, socialists, communist and progressive scoundrels in America and in other countries realized that they had much to gain if the disenfranchised were allowed the vote. Thus, began the slow and steady destruction of the once great western civilizations.

Purely for the sake of argument, let's assume that one were entitled to one vote if one were born in a given country and actually graduated from high school and another vote for each college or university degree one earned. Also, one additional vote would be awarded for owning a home or any taxable property and an additional vote conferred for serving in the armed forces and another for living abroad for at least a year and then, additional votes for each thousand dollars one pays in state, federal or local taxes. Now you’re talking!

A lot of people who have never voted might actually be encouraged to vote, especially, in those heavily lefty gerrymandered districts where the conservative vote is rendered meaningless because they’re outnumbered 1000 to 1 by the great unwashed. Imagine, if the pandering pols would actually have to listen to those of us who built and are paying for this once great country. In this new world, you can bet there would be no free lunch!

Democracy, in its simplest form, is a type of government legitimized by the right of its citizens to elect their leaders under a constitution guaranteeing them the unchangeable and inviolable right to replace their leaders on an unalterable scheduled basis through an absolutely transparent election process, recognizing plurality as the sole criteria for declaring victory. All other forms of government are illegal, corrupt and grotesque. Democracy however, can only work when the majority of the citizens are educated and contributing equally to their country’s welfare.

Any country or government allowing its citizens to participate in elections wherein they can vote themselves benefits that they are not contributing to will soon fail. Equally, any country where the majority are being supported by taxes confiscated from a productive minority will inevitably elect pandering populists who will destroy that country- Evo Morales, Hugo Chavez and obama are examples.

There is not a single individual in this world, nor has there ever been, who has any right to declare himself a ‘supreme leader’ anywhere, except perhaps in his own home and, even there, there may be just cause for argument. 

The history of humanity is replete with horrible stories of bad leaders. Often, these were megalomaniac sociopaths who took and maintained control by force of arms or by some unnatural and crazy form of inherited rights such as those manifested by the incredibly stupid "divine rule of kings and their fatuous inbred descendents. This type of absurd practice has been foisted on humanity for many hundreds of years under what is unbelievably called ‘Devine Right’ or the right of the royal blood line." If ever there was a more stupid and insane argument for the right to decide the fates of countries and their people- I don’t know of it!

Even common criminals like Stalin and Hitler, who slaughtered any who opposed them, had a more compelling argument for their hold on power- my way or the highway was their way of saying do as I say or die. Clearly, this was a far more logical reason to do as they said than merely to place a ridiculous metal crown on the pointed head of an imbecilic, mentally challenged inbred only because he or she is the next in line to a recently deceased, equally pathetic and inept so-called monarch. 

Today, there are many bad governments and evil individuals holding sway over the lives of millions, due solely to the force of arms or in some cases, so-called royal blood. These anachronistic monstrosities need be done away with as quickly as possible. No one person has any legitimate right to dictate to others how they should behave or live their lives so long as they do not, and are not, infringing on the rights of others. Robert Mugabe in Rhodesia, (thank God he’s almost dead), the self proclaimed generals in Rangoon and Assaid in Syria, all need to go, as do the disgusting be-ragged mullahs in Iran the nutty midget in Pyongyang, along with all the other silly Arab monarchs demanding the blood of their enemies and pontificating over the lives of their citizens.  

The so-called Kings, (what an absurd term) in Saudi Arabia, Rangoon and the other pathetic kingdoms around the world have to go. They are hideous anachronisms left over from our collective dark past. Imagine, for someone in this day, to mumble obsequiously yes your royal majesty as they repetitively bow, while slowly backing away from the royal pretense. Asinine and Insane! Just the thought makes my skin crawl. Why, in heavens name, should one human being find any legitimate reason for behaving in such a cowardly and cringing way toward another? No so-called king has any legitimate right to rule and they all should be ashamed of themselves and embarrassed as human beings for even trying or, for even a moment, thinking that they possess any particular saving grace that makes them one iota better than anyone else. They are most assuredly not and they only make themselves all the more ridiculous for pretending otherwise. 

Humans are most assuredly are not all the same nor are we equal. Egalitarianism aside, what distinguishes one person from another is his innate abilities, education and accomplishments. Here intelligence, education and achievement make all the difference. A person of science who has discovered a cure for some terrible disease is clearly a far better person and more worthy of respect than say a lying politician, (are their any other kind) a swindling used car salesman or a filthy drug pusher infesting the streets near school grounds. We respect those among us who have demonstrated that they are worthy of our admiration- writers, artists musicians, scientists and some athletes for example.  

No self-proclaimed king or armed thug (strong-man) deserves respect. They are all no better than common criminals and their memories will be consigned to the dust bins of history. Consider the weak-minded Nicholas Romanov who stupidly thought it was his ‘divine right’ to remain the czar of all the Russia’s. It was his bull headiness and genetically diluted mental faculties that created the political environment for the communist revolution. He had been warned many times of the necessity to create a European type parliament and, he absolutely refused to listen. 

The unrest of the proletariat was evident and, once begun, unfortunately co-opted and managed by the communists, soon resulted in the mentally incompetent little king’s (small k) demise, sadly, along with his entire family. Imagine, had Russia not developed a communist government, had she grown and prospered these past seventy years as a free civilized nation. Imagine the fantastic world we would have all built had not we all diverted so much of our treasure into machines of war these past generations. Indeed, mankind is tragically flawed.

As these wretched dictatorships fall around the world, the civilized democracies must exercise viligalence to ensure that the will and freedoms of the majority are not thwarted by extreme minorities, such as the Muslim Brotherhood, Hezbollah and Hamas, etc. Western interests are fully justified in taking whatever preemptive actions may be necessary to ensure that these miserable entities are kept from power.

The dictatorial regimes in the ME are crumbling as this book is written. The Arab world is on fire…… Huge crowds of young men are waving flags, guns and bombs…they’re killing each other with gay abandon… The west has no idea who they are….American and EU aircraft are blowing up Libyan tanks …with absolutely no idea who will come out on top…Maybe the millions of wild-eyed screaming Muslims spread across our TV screens just want what we would, jobs, opportunity and a voice in government- but, then again, maybe what they really want is to murder their sisters, stone homosexuals to death and engage in other happy Islamic remedies for punishing Infidels and other miscreants……No one on our side really knows….

In Europe, the day of the divine right of the kings is over forever- England has retained a semblance of their royal family but only as a silly and expensive anachronism to remind themselves perhaps how stupid they were.  Europe and the western world have since advanced at an incredible pace. The Soviet Union, under the rule of despots and tyrants, murdered millions of their citizens and succeeded only in creating a huge and terrible theater of the absurd so aptly described by the many great Russian writers who escaped the soviet madhouse. 

The continued existence of illegitimate despotic governments should enrage all right thinking individuals. This anger should manifest itself in a rising worldwide tide of indignation accompanied by actions, thoroughly isolating these pariah’s from the entire civilized world. Cuba, Iran and North Korea should be completely cut off from the rest of the world- no communications, no internet, no air  transport, no shipping, no medical aid, no food, nothing whatsoever.

The free nations should utterly isolate these viscous and dangerous nations, surrounding them with air power and naval vessels allowing nothing in or out. We should drop leaflets into their cities and villages and inundate their radio and TV with messages aimed at regime change. Eventually, their populations will rise up and destroy the tyrants as did the people of Rumania with Chichescu and the Italians with the fat tyrant Mussolini.  Thus will the despots and dictators die, gone not with a bang but, like a flickering candle in the strong winds of freedom, with a whimper.

What the progressive establishment in America has done is exactly what all governments do- they govern. To govern, one must take power from the governed- one way or another. In America, over the last one hundred years, the progressives, libs, commies and socialists, evil people all, have attempted to use America’s wonderful political system against the best interests of the people by slowly, without a concise or well thought out plan, but nonetheless a plan. Their evil plan is to create a permanent underclass, (in this they have succeeded) utterly dependent on government that will, as it is doing, expand such that the liberal establishment would dominate all elections by virtue of the fact that the underclass will always vote for more and, since they are the only party offering more, they will always win.

More, in this case, means more money must be confiscated from the shrinking productive class. Since the government itself has no money it has to confiscate money from those earning it and use these stolen funds to buy the votes of the expanding underclass. This began in earnest with Woodrow Wilson and Roosevelt and continued to today with the massive, budget busting, full-blown entitlement programs we are burdened with.

Under these programs we now, in 2011, have fifty million on welfare (food stamps), thirty or so million on, what can only be called, permanent unemployment and another twenty million Illegals squatting in our hospitals and burdening our schools along with many billions squandered on various forms of state and federal housing and welfare. The trillion dollar crapulous bill foisted on America by the nefarious little illegal wog was nothing more than federal largess, used to buy more even votes as are the massive pay-backs and bailouts for the unions, GM and the banks. Every dollar of these insane expenditures is like a spot of glue to attach the recipients to the libs- to help them consolidate power and destroy the capitalist system.

Almost every dollar of these hideous expenditures came from (or will come from) the productive members of the working class, the great American middle class. Trillions have been borrowed by the run amuck dems in the first two years under the black Muslim (spread the wealth) president who was elected by the recipients of the bribes and those with nothing to lose (kids, idiots, no-nothings, fellow travelers and, of course, the libs).

Make no mistake, the libs have purposely mortgaged our future such that there is no possible way this, or even many future generations, can pay off the astonishing federal debt. It is not over yet, not by a long shot. There are many states that are in so deep that their bonds will default and they will have to lay off thousands of state employees and stop paying into the massive public employees retirement accounts. California will likely have to declare bankruptcy or borrow many more billions from the feds (meaning us). Fanny and Freddy, the feds illegal taxpayer backed ponzi games are also going bankrupt but no one wants to talk about this impending trillion-dollar default.

Did you ever wonder why a policeman, teacher or fireman can retire at eighty percent of their last paycheck with dental and medical insurance for him and his entire family paid for life? Well, consider; the cheap, sleazy and often dirty, obsequious politicians, who only want to remain in office while they fill their pockets at the public trough. (one way or another, wink, wink!) What to they care about signing grossly inflated union contracts? Of course, they don’t give a rats ass… remember, they just want to pander and buy votes (with your money) so they can remain swilling at the good ole public trough. Telling fifty thousand state employees ‘no’ when their inflated union contracts come to the table is not a good way to stay in office- so what the hell do you expect? No public contracts should be allowed to be entered into by any city or state government with out the agreement of a civilian oversight board.

Where to go from here? There are so many problems that it’s difficult to focus on just one. So, in no particular order then, let’s start offering solutions with simple crime. The libs have so screwed up society such that I scarcely know where to begin. America is swimming in a socialist toilet. We either get control of the country now or, sure as hell, obama’ and his pals are going to flush it. Going to, hell, they already have, welcome to the porcelain vortex!

For far too long we have allowed our country to be fouled by liberal crap so that today, many Americans actually don’t know right from wrong, good from bad, quality from dross. All this has to change and, if we are to save this republic, change now!

The crux of the thing begins, and, to no small degree, ends with the criminal justice system. It is beyond repair mostly due to liberal justices and the absurdity of repeatedly locking up repeat offenders. I argue that punks, rapists, child molesters and other scum should be publically executed… Society can and should rid itself of these scum and crud without a second thought. All of the repeat, habitual criminals in our prisons need to be lined up and shot and the prisons emptied and closed. We have lots better things to do with our money than to provide three hots and a cot for these scum!  If we leave them as they are, many will be recruited by Islam, and others, into vicious gangs that offer no way out- both very bad for us.

Gangbangers should be rounded up and put to death. Anyone preying on innocent citizens should be given one chance to straighten up and, if they repeat, executed. All drug dealers should be shot at once, immediately when arrested, not after months of costly legal arguments. No public funds should be allotted for the legal defense of violent criminals. In short order there will be no one left to market drugs in America. Those addicted will suffer for a while but, in a few weeks, the worst will be over. These are the laws as structured and executed in Singapore which is 99% drug and crime free. America can be as well… 

Once street crime, drugs, gangs, murderers and the like have been eliminated, which I estimate would take perhaps 2 years on the outside, we can start on political and business criminals- so called white collar crime. AS A MATTER OF FACT, LET’S DO BOTH NOW. WHY WAIT!?

In a perfect world, the laws will be few and easily understood - punishment, swift and harsh. The law will be taught in homes and in schools as well as history, real history, the truth, not the libs revisionist crap. For example, one new history book that is being used in American schools omitted obama’s middle name, claiming that it was suggestive of his Muslim connections and therefore might be pejorative- Give me a break! Also, to be taught, will be geography, love of country, literature and the sciences. Students too dumb to grasp the lessons will be sent to remedial training camps and have the basic information drummed into their thick heads by former prison guards, whom we will have a surplus of once the prisons are closed.  

The idea is to ensure that 100% of our citizens can read, write and understand their rights and the rights of others. They will know who they are, where they came from, who came before them and why. Society, after a few years, will be completely drug free and decent citizens will be living in a wonderful and healthy country. As it is now, half of all graduating high school students are illiterate, ignorant and unable to speak properly.

In a reasonable America, anyone who wants to own a machine gun can without government restrictions. People will be free to engage in any behavior as long as it doesn’t infringe on their neighbors right to live a peaceful and happy life. The key here is to teach personal responsibility. Anyone breaking into someone’s business or home will be subject to being shot with no questions asked. Homeowners protecting their property will not be harassed by the police. In Switzerland, for example, almost every home has a fully automatic rifle and ammunition. How is this possible- read on.

I’m not over-simplifying; modern life is complex and will remain so. There are many challenges ahead of us and many confronting us now. I do know however that our laws have grown so complex as to be incomprehensible and they are in need of vast overhaul. The body of civil and criminal law today favors the criminal over the victim and this needs be corrected- the sooner the better! In the new system there will be no legal forum for the ACLU or other bleeding heart liberal lawyers to interfere. There will be no courts allowing appeal after appeal, ad infinitum. 

There’s no way to rule innocent men. The only power any government has is the power to crack down on criminals. Well, when there aren’t enough criminals, one makes them. One declares so many things to be a crime that it becomes impossible for men to live without breaking laws. Who wants a nation of law-abiding citizens? What’s there in that for anyone? But just pass the kind of laws that can neither be observed nor enforced nor objectively interpreted-and you create a nation of law-breakers-and then you cash in on guilt. Ayn Rand, Atlas Shrugged.

The problem is deep and begins with the erroneous idea that morality is relative which it most certainly is not. The courts have forgotten this. What is right and good today is exactly the same as it was at the dawn of human existence. The seven deadly sins haven’t changed and the twelve commandments are as applicable today as ever! We need to get away from the diseased thinking called moral relativity and get back to basics. Once the country is running as it should, we will never need lawyers again as the laws will be few and immediately comprehensible to every citizen without four years of legal education. As Shakespeare’s character in Henry VI so rightly said, "lets kill all the lawyers.

To have to have a class in ethics for law students is a superficial indices of how badly the system has failed. Everyone should know the difference between right and wrong automatically. There is absolutely no excuse for a person stealing and committing crimes. It is not society who is in the wrong it is always the criminal- period! There is no earthly way that a criminal can claim that his childhood or society is to blame for his criminal acts. That he beats old ladies heads in to steal their pension checks because he wasn’t allowed to play baseball with the other kids- is a crock!  

In my experience, ninety-nine percent of criminal acts are committed by scum because they want to- not because society made them do it. That is the problem underlying ninety-nine percent of the ills of the criminal justice system as it is now structured. Once a kid is past 12 years or so, if he is a criminal, there’s not much chance of him getting back on track. They are like a tree that has grown crooked- you can’t straighten them out.

The juvenile justice system has to be the same as the adult system- If that means holding kids to the same penalties as adult offenders- so be it. A huge percentage of the thousands of gang members are teenagers and they know that they can get away with serious crimes because the courts let them off. 

If parents are found mistreating their kids, the kids will be taken away from them and given to decent homes to be raised properly. This is done somewhat now (the baker laws) but, nowhere near enough. Schools will assign homework and the kids will do it. Teachers will teach and not preach the liberal hate-America, I’m a victim line. Universities will produce well- educated professionals ready to take their pace in a competitive society. 

The Government will have limited responsibilities. One will be providing for the common defense, another handling foreign relations and the functions of the treasury. There will be no federal reserve system and all money will be backed by gold reserves. Of the over 700, mostly useless federal agencies hatched over the past 60 years by the devious liberals, almost all will be shutdown and dismantled and the 18 million federal drones employed by them forced to find productive employment. (see a list of these wasteful and numerous agencies in the appendices) Each state will be responsible for maintaining their own infrastructure and will have to live entirely within their budgets as most presently do. 

Schools will charge the parents tuition for grades one through twelve. Those without children will not pay for the educations of others kids. Property taxes will be abolished
