- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Extremely useful and informative resource with pictures showing you how to do many exercises and how to use many machines at the gym.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Wow, what a gorgeous book. I loved it. I want to have my very own copy. The illustrations are so helpful! I have a better understanding of what's moving when, and how. I love the stretching illustrations, too. It's just wonderful for anyone who is serious about weight training and wants to visualize what is happening inside while the training is happening. Highly recommended.
