1. Introduction
We all know how it feels when your alarm goes off first thing in the morning, and you don’t feel like you had any sleep. That’s usually an odd occurrence for most people. Yes, we feel terrible but once we’ve had a couple of coffees we can get going. However, for some people, this isn’t an odd occurrence. This happens on a daily basis and sucks the energy from our very soul.
When we think of sleeping disorders, we think of people who simply lie awake at night staring at the ceiling. This is more commonly known as insomnia this covers whole spectrum variations. Some of these problems are easily treatable; some would have to be prevented by a doctor or specialized health professional. Some sleeping disorders can be extremely dangerous if they go undiagnosed; for example, sleep walking. Many people who suffer from these disorders face a lot of life threatening problems because having a sleeping disorder can disrupt you from living your normal life.

The main problem with many people who are dealing with a sleeping disorder is that they're not aware of it being a problem until they see it affecting their job and their everyday life. Those who suffer from this can also develop clinical depression because they feel like they're not able to do any of the things they're used to doing. They see it as a weakness and personal problem if they've been diagnosed with a sleep disorder.

Common treatment options for sleeping disorders are:
• Behavioral/psychotherapeutic,
• Medications (Rozerem, Ambien, Ambien CR and Lunesta are common prescribed sleeping pills given to those diagnosed with a sleeping disorder), and
• Range of other
