About this ebook
It has a little humor to it as the mother explains the fruits and vegetable to her son, who swears he hates all fruits and vegetables. Once he tries them he comes to realize his mother was right, you can't dislike something you've never tried before. This book hopefully will help your child understand just the basic knowledge about some fruits and vegetable and how they are healthy for them, besides just tasting great. This book is very educational for a child who's age starts around 7 and 8. I hope you all will enjoy it. Thanks.

I live in ND, and married with three children ages 10, 8 and 5. I was working fulltime but in Oct of 2010 I decided to be a stay home mom. This is when I came up with the idea of writing a childrens book that had some imformation about fruits and vegetables and how they are good for you to eat. This is also one of the many issues mothers may have troubles with, trying to get their child to eat fruits and vegetables they've never tried before. Children who learn about something first have a tendency to be more willing to try it than a child not knowing about it at all. I also believes that more fruits and vegetables should be included in all childrens diets instead of sugars, candy and pops. Our family grows a big garden in the back yard every summer and it is filled with squash, tomatoes, corn on the cob, pumpkins and carrots. I believe a healthy body starts at a young age. Hopefully this book will be educational for both the child and parent.
