    Ice coffee with strawberry juice (cherry)

    Ingredients for four servings:

    Eight teaspoons of sugar,

    Four vodka glasses of strawberry juice (syrup)

    Half a liter of decaffeinated coffee,

    Cream,

    Crushed ice.

    Preparation:

    To prepare Ice-coffee with strawberry juice, it is necessary to fill up to half a glass with pieces of crushed ice and pour fruit juice and coffee in equal quantities.

    Complement the glasses with sweetened cream and serve.

    Serve ice-coffee with strawberry (cherry) juice in a hurricane glass.

    Basque coffee with prunes

    Ingredients for two servings:

    One cup strong coffee,

    Half a cup of sherry brandy,

    One tablespoon of sugar,

    Four dried prunes,

    Half a cup of thick cream.

    Preparation:

    To prepare Basque coffee with prunes, mix strong hot coffee with sherry brandy and sugar. Do not forget that making this coffee is better with freshly ground coffee and that its taste also depends on taste and quality of used water.

    Put the washed and dried prunes (2 pcs) in the glasses and pour the coffee mixture. Top with thick cream.

    Serve Basque coffee with prunes is recommended in Irish glass.

    West Indian coffee

    Ingredients for three servings:

    Hot coffee,

    Two pieces of sugar,

    20 ml of rum,

    One clove,

    Grated peel of half a lemon,

    One dessertspoon of cream,

    One pod of vanilla.

    Preparation:

    To make West Indian coffee, brew coffee in your favorite way and fill the cup with 3/4.

    Add sugar, rum, cloves and lemon zest.

    Stir and use a pastry syringe to decorate with whipped cream.

    Serve Western Indian coffee in cappuccino cups with a vanilla pod, which you can use for mixing.

    Coffee Shmeleff with Chinese lemongrass and blueberries

    Ingredients:

    Chinese magnolia vine,

    Blueberries,

    Coffee

    Preparation:

    To make Shmeleff coffee, extract the seeds from Chinese magnolia vine and rinse thoroughly.

    Dry the seeds, ground them in a coffee grinder and place them into a glass jar.

    Rinse blueberries, dry and grind. Store the crushed blueberries in a separate jar.

    For each serving, take 1/4 tablespoons of ground Schizandra seeds, 1/2 spoon of ground blueberries, one spoon of coffee.

    Brew in the Turk a little longer than usual, several times lifting the foam to extract the active ingredients.

    If desired, you can add vanilla, cinnamon, cream, sugar, pepper, lemon, alcohol, etc.

    Serve coffee Shmeleff in cups for espresso.

    Coffee Africa first method

    Ingredients for three servings:

    Two glasses of black coffee,

    Four oranges,

    Six teaspoons of sugar

    Preparation:

    You need to pour strong black coffee into the cup.

    Divide oranges into slices, squeeze juice into a cup of coffee, add sugar to taste.

    Drink fresh juices every day, because they contain vitamins.
