About this ebook

Fox News legal analyst Gregg Jarrett reveals the real story behind Hillary Clinton’s deep state collaborators in government and exposes their nefarious actions during and after the 2016 election.

The Russia Hoax reveals how persons within the FBI and Barack Obama’s Justice Department worked improperly to help elect Hillary Clinton and defeat Donald Trump in the 2016 presidential election.

When this suspected effort failed, those same people appear to have pursued a contrived investigation of President Trump in an attempt to undo the election results and remove him as president.

The evidence suggests that partisans within the FBI and the Department of Justice, driven by personal animus and a misplaced sense of political righteousness, surreptitiously acted to subvert electoral democracy in our country.

The book will examine:

  • How did Hillary Clinton manage to escape prosecution despite compelling evidence she violated the law?
  • Did Peter Strzok, James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Loretta Lynch, and others obstruct justice by protecting Clinton?
  • Why was there never a legitimate criminal investigation of Clinton in the Uranium One case?
  • Are the text messages exchanged between Strzok and FBI lawyer Lisa Page evidence of a concerted effort to undermine the electoral process?
  • Was there ever any real evidence of "collusion" between Trump and the Russians?
  • Did Trump obstruct justice in the firing of Comey or was he legally exercising his constitutional authority?
  • Did the FBI and DOJ improperly use a discredited "dossier" about Trump to obtain a FISA warrant to spy on Trump associates?
  • Should Muller have disqualified himself under the special counsel law based on glaring conflicts of interest?
  • Was fired National Security Adviser Michael Flynn unfairly charged with making a false statement?

With insightful analysis and a fact-filled narrative, The Russia Hoax delves deeply into Democrat wrongdoing.

As an attorney Gregg Jarrett is a supporter of the rule of law, he presents his case of its violation in a professional and academic manner.

An important book, if only because it is (at the time of reading) one of a very few to cover an important subject, and is drowned in propaganda contrary to the truth. Its author's claims are only occasionally strident; for the most part it is a well-referenced and relatively measured work. Somewhat dated by events, Jarrett's account has been overtaken somewhat as more truths reveal themselves, although these only serve to reinforce his general drift. In fact the reality is worse than he describes, but his book is a rare and worthy attempt to draw the issue to the public mind. Its sales show the public is more aware than the media care to portray.

A simple quote from the book tells it all:“The people who should read this book, probably won’t. Democrats, the liberal media, and the legion of Trump-haters have convinced themselves that his election was misbegotten. But they are intellectually dishonest in believing that the president must have committed some crime in connection with Russia. Most have never bothered to examine the facts or consult a statute. Their confidence in “collusion” is bereft of proof. They accept it as a matter of faith driven by their own bias and teased by hope out of ignorance.I have no illusion that what I have written in these pages will persuade them otherwise. The anti-Trump crowd is so adamant in their disdain that no amount of reason will reach them. Yet, they are equally blind to the astonishing level of corruption by those in government who sought to sabotage the president with false claims and drive him from office. “Jarrett wrote the book not as a defense of Trump, who he has been negative about in the past. Rather, this book is a defense of the law. Like it or not, the laws of the land have not been followed in the pursuit of driving Trump from office. If you believe in the rule of law, then read this book, as it will thoroughly convince you that what has gone on since 2016 represents a serious threat to the democracy we live in.

As with all political books, those who read it most likely already agree with its premise. That aside, it is an easy read, both well written, researched and documented. In "The Russia Hoax" Mr. Jarrett painstakingly lays out his case with historical references and roughly forty-one pages of footnotes.
