Reviews for Anteaters

- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5This comes from a solid series called Animal Safari that's designed for the earliest emerging readers. Quite frankly, a series on wild animals for emerging readers is just about the best thing that I could add to my shelves. This, books about pets, and books about characters from their favorite TV shows and movies are the only requests I get. I have to introduce every other part of the library to them. So when I can add more than a dozen different titles that are age-appropriate and text-apporpriate, I jump at it.
I had no idea that anteaters stood on their hind legs and roared to get jaguars and pumas to leave them alone. That's gutsy. Or maybe just stupid. Either way, that's the kind of interesting stuff you can learn from this book. Give it a look.
