A lot of resources inside, days of the week, what the orishas like, recipes even! Just remember to honor these parts of yourself as well.

It seems as though the author has drawn upon incorrect information from unreliable and inauthentic sources. Anyone who is an actual devotee of this spiritual tradition can tell.

Incorrect information provided in this book about Afro-Cuban Religion. Example: Under Yemaya, it states Yemaya is known as Nana Buruku. This is incorrect. Nana Buruku is the mother of Babalu Aye and she resides in the swamps.
