American Flag Football League (AFFL) founder Jeff Lewis never knew he had ADHD until he went to see a psychiatrist for another reason and was diagnosed with the condition in his early 50s. Although having undiagnosed ADHD never held him back (He graduated from Cornell and was a successful hedge fund manager.)
