But this year, three package bombs have killed two black people and seriously injured a "hispanic" female in Austin during the first two weeks of the March. Police suspect the crimes are related and might be racially motivated. Speaking of blacks being targeted, Congresswoman Maxine Waters was explicitly maligned by President Donald Trump this week. In Connecticut, Brianna Brochu, a White teen, received judicial lenience for her 2017 campaign of terrorism against her former University of Hartford black roommate.
