Bahama Mama

Ingredients
½ ounce Malibu coconut rum
1 ounce orange juice
½ ounce banana liqueur
1 ounce pineapple juice
½ ounce grenadine
1 ounce rum
A splash of carbonated lime-lemon beverage
For Garnish:
Maraschino cherry & pineapple wedge
Directions
Layer the ingredients in a tall glass, in the sequence mentioned above. Serve & enjoy.
Irish Peach Sour
Prep Time: 2 minutes
Cooking Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients
1 ½ ounces Irish whiskey
1 ounce Simple Syrup
Ice cubes
1 ¼ ounces frozen peaches, pureed
1 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed
Peach slice, for garnish
Directions
Pour the ice cubes in a large glass and the put all the ingredients on top of the ice (don’t add the peach slice); shake well. Garnish with the peach slice. Serve & enjoy!
Bourbon + Berries
Prep Time: 2 minutes
Cooking Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients
4 blackberries, fresh
¾ ounce fresh lemon juice
1 ½ ounces bourbon
2 ounces club soda, chilled
¾ ounce simple syrup
Ice cubes
Directions
Muddle 3 of the blackberries in a cocktail shaker. Add ice followed by the bourbon, simple syrup & lemon juice; shake well.
Strain into a chilled Collins glass, ice-filled. Add in the club soda; give everything a good stir & garnish with the leftover blackberry.
Blue Hawaiian
Prep Time: 2 minutes
Cooking Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients
2 fluid ounces pineapple juice
1 fluid ounce blue Curacao liqueur
1 slice of pineapple
1 fluid ounce cream of coconut
1 maraschino cherry
1 fluid ounce light rum
1 cup ice, crushed
Directions
Combine blue Curacao together with rum, cream of coconut, pineapple juice, & a cup of crushed ice in a blender. Puree on high speed for a minute or two, until completely smooth. Transfer the mixture into a chilled highball glass.
Garnish your glass first with a pineapple slice & then with a maraschino cherry.
Raspberry Cosmo
Prep Time: 2 minutes
Cooking Time: 5 minutes
Servings: 1
Ingredients
½ ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed
1 ½ ounces cranberry juice
½ ounce orange liqueur
1 ½ ounces vodka
½ ounce raspberry liqueur
Raspberry, fresh for garnish
5 ice cubes
Directions
In a cocktail shaker; combine cranberry juice together with orange liqueur, vodka, lime juice, raspberry liqueur & ice; shake well. Transfer the mixture into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a fresh raspberry. Serve & enjoy.
Summer Squeeze
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients
½ cup lemon juice, freshly squeezed
3 ounces Bacardi Limon Rum
1 whole lemon, sliced into six wedges
2 cups water
¼ cup granulated sugar
Directions
In a small pitcher; combine sugar together with freshly squeezed lemon juice & water. Stir for couple of minutes, until the sugar has completely
