    e all know Prevention is Better Than Cure but how many of us apply it in our life? The percentage is very low. Usually, when we see someone having a consequence of their bad habits, we tend to assume that this can only happen to others. We tend to think that harmful consequences only happen to others. Somewhere we believe that we are different, it certainly won't happen to me. But the truth is that if you behave irresponsibly towards your health today, sooner or later, you will have to bear the consequences; there is no escape. It may sound harsh, but this is the fact.

    The simple rule is that whatever you give to your body, your body will give back the same to you in response.
