      Valentine’s Day is a good time to ponder the really important questions pertaining to our romantic relationships – burning issues such as if loved ones who have ‘passed on’ approve of our partners or, possibly even more vital, how our dead lovers are doing in the hereafter?Apparently these are just a few of the questions internationally renowned psychic medium, love guru and esteemed veteran of Larry King and Dr Phil shows Char Margolis is forever being asked. For those who are as psychic as a soggy tissue [and regard the whole subject with superior distain] a book on karmic love which examines compatibility using astrology and numerology, not to mention the negative impact past life relationships can have in the present, this book might seem eminently missable. Right? Wrong. Get past the paranormal and spiritual stuff and Love Karma is packed with excellent advice and practical tips: if romantic self-help books are your thing and you are in the market for love [remember ladies, this is a Leap Year and you might want to start gearing up to pop the question on the 29th] Margolis can help. The psychic way to navigate on-line dating might sound a bit airy fairly, but there is nothing up-in-the-air about suggestions that you find out something about your date before you meet. And far from being your predestined ‘other half’, a ‘Soul Mate’ is someone who helps your soul to grow - romance might not come into it at all. Perennial problems with relationships? Well, it might be bad karma from a late boyfriend or a hold over from a previous life, but she stresses the solution probably lies in your relationship with your parents. Dos and don’ts of long distance affairs, the essentials of communication [before you say anything, consider: Is it true? Is it Kind? Is it Necessary?] and what it takes to stay together: all covered.
