When we think of donuts, most of us think of fluffy, sugary, deep-fried circles of yumminess. Although they might be tasty, they are far from healthy or nourishing. Personally, they are my weakness – especially the chocolate-glazed ones – so I decided to get into my kitchen and recreate a healthier version using real food ingredients.
